Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2025

No real money

FGC Bets operates exclusively with virtual coins. No real currency is wagered, deposited, or won at any time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FGC Bets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to users of all ages. Because only virtual coins are used — with no real monetary value — there are no age restrictions related to gambling laws. However, you must have a valid Google or Discord account to sign in.

3. Virtual Currency

All coins on FGC Bets are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. Coins are awarded solely for entertainment purposes. The Service does not constitute gambling under any applicable law.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others or use another user's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service: your display name, email address, and profile picture via OAuth (Google/Discord). We do not sell your data to third parties. Tournament and match data is sourced from start.gg's public API.

6. Intellectual Property

Tournament data is provided by start.gg. Player names, tags, and tournament names belong to their respective owners. FGC Bets claims no ownership of this data. The FGC Bets platform, design, and code are owned by FGC Bets.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of odds, or timely resolution of bets. Since only virtual coins are involved, any disruption carries no financial impact.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Discord server.

9. Contact
